If you use the website contact form, Cloudflare services are used to protect the form from spam and abuse and to deliver the enquiry to Fairbourne's Microsoft 365 email environment. Technical information, including your IP address, may be processed for security, verification and rate-limiting purposes. The website does not maintain a separate database of contact-form submissions.

Our online booking service uses Microsoft Bookings. The booking service is loaded when you choose to book a conversation and information you provide through it is processed using Microsoft's services.

When you use the website, technical information may be processed to operate, protect and understand the performance and use of the site. Depending on the service involved, this may include:

On the live website, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics for basic website measurement. You can turn it off at any time using the control in our cookie notice. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or behavioural advertising.

Some of our technology providers may process personal information outside the United Kingdom.
