Business IT & Microsoft 365
Business technology that's easier to manage, safer and ready to grow with you.
As businesses grow, their technology often grows with them. New accounts, devices, subscriptions and ways of storing information get added as they're needed, until it becomes difficult to know what you have, what you're paying for and where your business data actually lives.
We can help simplify and modernise your business IT, from Microsoft 365 and cloud migrations to files, users, devices, licences and everyday administration, whether you're starting fresh, improving what you already have or moving away from an older setup.
What we can help with
- Microsoft 365 setup and migration
- Email and Exchange Online migration

Make the technology fit the business.
You don't need enterprise IT complexity simply because your business is growing.
We look at what you already have, how your people actually work and what needs to improve. That might mean moving email or files to Microsoft 365, improving security and device management, simplifying licences and subscriptions, or just getting an existing environment under better control.
Where something already works well, there's no reason to replace it simply for the sake of change.
The aim is technology that's appropriate for the business today and capable of growing with it tomorrow.
Your technology should remain under your control.
Using someone to help manage your Microsoft 365 environment shouldn't mean giving up control of it.
Wherever practical, we believe the business should retain ownership and appropriate administrative control of its Microsoft 365 tenant, domains, accounts, subscriptions and data.
Fairbourne can configure, administer and support those services where needed, but you shouldn't be dependent on us simply to retain control of your own technology.
Good relationships should continue because they're useful, not because leaving has been made unnecessarily difficult.
From fragmented technology to a more coherent setup
Bullmans Containers had accumulated technology over time, including email, local file storage, devices, networking, domains and websites.
Fairbourne helped modernise that environment, including moving email to Exchange Online, migrating around 60 GB of company files to SharePoint, improving devices, networking and security, and bringing domains under clearer customer control.
The work was introduced practically, retaining familiar ways of working where they still made sense.
